Electrician Uniforms Sydney
When you walk into someone's home or switchboard room, your shirt does the introducing before you do. Emerald Merch Hub makes branded electrician uniforms in-house in North Kellyville, so sole-trader sparkies and growing electrical contractors across Sydney can look like the established business they are.
What goes into a typical electrician pack
Most electricians start with a small, practical kit and add to it as the team grows. A common setup for one or two people looks like this:
- 3–5 work polos or tees with your logo on the left chest, for residential callouts and quoting.
- 1–2 hi-vis shirts for commercial and construction sites where site rules require them.
- A hoodie or jacket for early starts and winter jobs.
- Work trousers or shorts in a matching colour, so the whole outfit reads as one brand.
Our electrician packs are built around that structure, from a two-person starter package through to six- and ten-person crew packages.
Garments that suit electrical work
Sparkies spend half the day in roof spaces and the other half talking to clients, so the garments have to handle heat and still look sharp. We generally recommend breathable cotton-blend or moisture-wicking polos from JB's Wear and Syzmik, cotton drill work shirts for a more traditional look, and day/night hi-vis from Syzmik where site access needs it. Darker colours such as navy and charcoal hide dust and wear far better than light colours.
Electricians often ask about flame-resistant or arc-rated clothing. If your work requires certified arc-rated garments, tell us when you request a quote and we'll talk through what's available, rather than guessing a spec for you.
Embroidery or print?
For polos, work shirts and jackets, embroidery is our usual recommendation. It holds up to repeated washing, doesn't crack, and gives a premium finish on a left-chest logo. Printing is better for large back prints on hi-vis, where a big licence number or phone number needs to be readable from across a site. Many electricians use both: an embroidered logo on the chest and a printed back on hi-vis.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days once artwork, sizes and garments are locked in. Need it sooner? Rush production (3 business days) is available, subject to stock.
Free mockup before you commit
Send us your logo and we'll send a free digital mockup within 24 hours, showing your branding on the actual garments and colours you're considering. No obligation.
Electrician uniform FAQs
Can you put my licence number on the uniform?
Yes. Many electricians add their licence number under the logo or on the back of hi-vis shirts. Just include it with your artwork.
What's the minimum order?
We have solo and team packs, from one person up, and we can quote smaller top-up orders when you add staff.
Can new apprentices match the rest of the team later?
Yes. We keep your artwork and garment details on file, so reorders match your existing uniforms.
Do you deliver outside Sydney?
We're Sydney based and deliver Australia-wide.
I don't have a proper logo file. Can you still help?
Send whatever you have, even a photo of your van signage, and we'll let you know what's needed to get a clean result.
