Need full-length workwear for site compliance?
Switch the included JB's lightweight work shorts to JB's 6LMP full-length work trousers. Made from lightweight 190gsm cotton drill with UPF 50+ protection, practical trade pockets and a comfortable classic fit, they're a smart option for sites where shorts aren't permitted.

Available in Navy only. General workwear only — not arc-rated or flame-resistant PPE. If you've chosen a Black or Bottle Green shirt colourway, note that Navy trousers won't be an exact colour match.

Need an extra pair on top of your package — for a spare, or a new starter joining later? Add an extra pair of JB's 6LMP trousers separately for $59 inc GST per pair. This is different from switching your included shorts to trousers, so only add it if you need genuinely additional pairs.

1. Built for Australian Summer Work

This package combines lightweight cotton T-shirts, a long-sleeve tee for extra sun coverage, lightweight multi-pocket work shorts and a wide-brim heavy brushed cotton surf hat rated UPF 50+ to help your crew stay cooler, better protected from the sun and consistently presented on site through the warmer months. These are cotton workwear garments — we don't describe them as cooling or moisture-wicking technology.

2. Branding Included

Left-chest embroidery is included on every top, and front embroidery is included on all hats. You can upgrade all 24 tops to a large back print for the price shown above. Before production begins, we'll supply a digital artwork proof for your approval — production doesn't start until your artwork and sizing are approved.

3. How Sizing Works

You can order the package first — Emerald Merch Hub will then contact you to collect each worker's garment sizes, preferred colours and allocation. Larger garment sizes may attract a surcharge, and final garment availability depends on supplier stock at the time of ordering. To keep checkout simple we haven't added extra order fields on this page; after you order, we'll be in touch to collect your company name, preferred garment colour, sizing notes and your logo file.

4. Colour Recommendation

We recommend navy, black, bottle green or another colour carrying the appropriate manufacturer UPF rating for outdoor summer work. UPF protection varies by colour and fabric, so not every colourway offers the same level of sun protection — white JB's 1HT T-shirts, for example, are not UPF 50+ rated. We'll confirm UPF ratings for your chosen colours when we're in touch about sizing. Hats are available in navy, black, bottle green, natural or royal blue.

5. Important Workwear Information

These garments are offered as general branded workwear. They are not represented as arc-rated electrical protective clothing. Employers remain responsible for assessing workplace hazards and providing any site-specific, flame-resistant, arc-rated, high-visibility or other required PPE.

Work shorts should only be worn where permitted by the employer, principal contractor and applicable site rules. Compliant high-visibility garments are available by request; lightweight work trousers can now be selected directly as a paid upgrade above.
